About the Role:

As a Fibre Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre internet to homes and businesses. Your role will involve promoting fibre services, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Actively promote and sell fibre services to new customers in designated areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Process: Track leads and sales progress using GigWay’s system.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door sales, mall activations, street promotions, and other sales activities.
  • Marketing Support: Promote fibre services on social media and use sales materials effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on leads, locations, interactions, and sales outcomes.
  • Equipment Management: Keep sales and marketing materials in excellent condition.
  • Strategic Input: Suggest activation locations and marketing opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with training on fibre products and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for customer service
  • Willingness to work in field sales (door-to-door, events, activations)
  • Background checks will be conducted on successful candidates
