What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to onboard businesses onto GigWay.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in tech, startups, and corporate sectors.
  • Build long-term partnerships with companies that need freelance talent.
  • Work closely with the founder and product team to refine our sales approach.
  • Hire, train, and manage a future sales team, driving team performance and growth.
  • Take initiative in shaping the sales process, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

Who You Are

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with no micromanagement.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working on a performance-based model with a long-term vision.
  • Passionate about tech-driven solutions and the future of work in Africa.
  • Leadership mindset with the ambition to build and lead a sales team.
