• Provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation for riders through the Uber/Bolt platforms.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, including courteous communication and professional conduct.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with Uber/Bolt requirements.
• Use navigation apps effectively to select optimal routes and minimize delays.
• Adhere to local traffic laws, road safety rules, and Uber/Bolt policies.
• Manage payments through the Uber/Bolt app (cashless and cash trips where applicable).
• Handle rider issues professionally, escalating unresolved concerns to Uber/Bolt or GigWay support when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (with a minimum of 1–2 years driving experience, depending on city regulations).
• A roadworthy, Uber/Bolt-approved vehicle (sedan, hatchback, or SUV depending on platform category).
• Vehicle registration papers and up-to-date insurance.
• Smartphone with a stable internet connection for the Uber/Bolt app.
• Clean driving record with no major criminal or traffic offenses.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement set by Uber/Bolt (usually 21 years or older).
