ABOUT THE ROLE

GigWay Service Hub is looking for a motivated, professional, and tech-comfortable individual to help operate our first digital service and work-access hub.This role is ideal for someone who:

The Hub Operator / Digital Assistance Agent will help customers with:
  • printing and document services
  • CV assistance
  • job applications
  • online forms
  • digital support
  • GigWay profile onboarding
  • workstation management
This is NOT a traditional cashier role.We are looking for someone who can become:
a trusted digital assistance and productivity support professional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support & Front Desk

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers
  • Understand customer needs quickly
  • Provide professional and friendly service
  • Handle customer payments and receipts

Printing & Document Services

  • Printing
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Document formatting
  • Basic admin support

Digital Assistance

  • Assist customers with:
    • email setup
    • online applications
    • form submissions
    • profile registrations
    • document uploads

CV & Job Application Assistance

  • Update existing CVs
  • Assist with basic CV creation
  • Submit online job applications
  • Guide customers through digital application processes

GigWay Ecosystem Support

  • Assist users with GigWay profile creation
  • Help customers understand GigWay services
  • Promote GigWay digital tools and offerings
  • Support QR CV and digital profile onboarding

Workspace & Store Operations

  • Manage coworking/workstation bookings
  • Ensure clean and professional environment
  • Monitor charging stations and equipment
  • Open and close the store when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Required)

Technical Skills

Must be comfortable with:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Basic Excel
  • Internet browsing
  • Email usage
  • PDF handling
  • Printing/scanning systems
  • Basic smartphone and digital platform usage

Experience

Any of the following experience will be beneficial:
