What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to onboard businesses onto GigWay.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in tech, startups, and corporate sectors.
- Build long-term partnerships with companies that need freelance talent.
- Work closely with the founder and product team to refine our sales approach.
- Hire, train, and manage a future sales team, driving team performance and growth.
- Take initiative in shaping the sales process, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Who You Are
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
- A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with no micromanagement.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working on a performance-based model with a long-term vision.
- Passionate about tech-driven solutions and the future of work in Africa.
- Leadership mindset with the ambition to build and lead a sales team.
