In this role, you will work closely with SMEs, entrepreneurs, and local brands to craft compelling content that drives engagement, builds credibility, and gets results.You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visuals, videos, and captions for social media and other digital platforms. • Content Creation: Design social media graphics, Reels, videos, and stories using Canva or other tools.
• Social Strategy: Create and follow monthly content calendars tailored to clients’ goals.
• Writing & Captioning: Write clear, engaging captions and calls to action.
• Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their brand, products, and audience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and aesthetics.
• Platform Familiarity: Create for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Reporting & Updates: Track post performance and provide client feedback reports.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with content and social media trends in SA.
• Content Support: Assist clients in launching their online presence (pages, bios, highlights).

✅ Requirements:

• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong creative and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of local trends and digital content culture (especially Instagram & TikTok)
• A reliable laptop or smartphone
• Good time management and communication skills
• Willingness to receive coaching and deliver content on schedule
• Portfolio or content samples are a plus (can be personal or freelance work)
