What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute B2B fibre sales strategies to acquire business clients.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in corporates, SMEs, and property management firms.
- Build long-term partnerships with businesses that need high-speed internet connectivity solutions.
- Work closely with the founder and product team to refine our telecoms sales approach.
- Hire, train, and manage a future fibre sales team, driving team performance and growth.
- Take initiative in shaping sales processes, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Who You Are
✔️ Proven track record in B2B fibre, telecoms, or ISP sales.✔️ Experience in selling fibre, VoIP, cloud solutions, or internet services to businesses.
✔️ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with no micromanagement.
✔️ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage high-level decision-makers.
✔️ Comfortable working on a performance-based model with a long-term vision.
✔️ Passionate about connectivity solutions and closing high-value B2B deals.
