You will work on building professional, user-friendly, and responsive websites for small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals.As a freelancer with GigWay, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, receive project-based payments, and collaborate with our sales team to deliver high-quality websites to clients.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites based on client requirements.
• Install and configure themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and project managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support when needed.
• Ensure websites comply with data protection and security best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio of previous work required).
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Divi).
• Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills for working with clients and the GigWay team.
• Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce websites is a plus.
