There are multiple ways to generate income:💼 Job Listing Commissions – Companies pay R4,500/month to list roles, and you earn a commission per onboarded client.📊 Talent Consulting & Interview Services – Offer businesses expert hiring support for additional earnings.🎯 Candidate Placements – Earn 10% of the candidate’s annual salary, shared 50/50 with GigWay.Example: If a company hires your candidate with a R500,000 annual salary, you earn R25,000.💰 Performance-Based Salary + Commission
- 1-2 Clients: R5,000 base + 10% commission
- 3-4 Clients: R10,000 base + 15% commission
- 5+ Clients: R15,000 base + 20% commission
