GigWay User Acquisition Specialist

Job description
Job Summary: As a GigWay User Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new users to our platform. Your main task will be to identify and recruit freelancers, encouraging them to register, list their services, and complete their profiles on GigWay Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential freelancers who could benefit from GigWay Africa's platform.
- Reach out to freelancers through various channels (social media, networking events, etc.).
- Guide new users through the registration process and assist them in setting up and completing their profiles.
- Ensure that recruited users list at least one service on the platform and achieve a 100% profile completion.
- Submit a list of the emails linked to the users that have registered under your referral for confirmation and reconciliation with our registration system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms or the gig economy is advantageous.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
Compensation:
- Earn R100 for each user who registers under your referral, lists a service, and fully completes their profile on the platform.
- Additional incentives for achieving monthly targets.
- Top performers may be considered for management positions and employee stock options after a year of successful collaboration with GigWay Africa.
