Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Generation & Sales Execution

• Identify and engage with businesses that need GigWay’s services
• Build relationships and educate potential clients on our solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals

✅ Selling High-Demand Services
You will be selling three core GigWay solutions:
1️⃣ Talent Marketplace & Recruitment Services – Helping businesses hire skilled professionals.
2️⃣ GigWay Digitalz – Selling ready-made digital solutions (websites, e-commerce, automation).
3️⃣ Fibre & Internet Connectivity – Assisting businesses and individuals in getting reliable internet.✅ Client Management & Growth

• Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business
• Upsell premium packages and additional services
• Work closely with GigWay’s leadership to refine sales strategies

✅ Personal & Professional Growth

• Attend monthly sales training to improve your skills
• Get mentorship and coaching from sales leaders
• Work towards leadership and partner opportunities

Commission Structure & Growth Plan

💰 Uncapped Earning Potential

• R1,500/month package – 30% commission (R450 per sale)
• R4,500/month package – 40% commission (R1,800 per sale)
• R40,000/year package –
  • First sale: 50% (R20,000)
  • Standard: 30% (R12,000 per sale)
  • High-performer bonus: 40% (R16,000 per sale) when selling 5+ annual plans per quarter
