- Build and maintain a pool of vetted freelancers across priority roles (e.g., IT, creative, business, admin, and digital services).
- Screen and interview potential freelancers to ensure quality standards.
- Assist freelancers with onboarding and setting up profiles on GigWay’s platform.
- Prospect and acquire new clients who need freelance talent.
- Pitch GigWay Talent as a reliable solution for flexible hiring.
- Manage client relationships and ensure placements meet their needs.
- Cross-sell additional GigWay services (training, digital products, connectivity).
- Match freelancers to client projects effectively and quickly.
- Follow up on placements to ensure client satisfaction and freelancer performance.
- Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales experience.
- Familiarity with freelance, gig work, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and assess strong talent.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by commission.
- Comfortable with hybrid/remote work and startup environments.
- Commission for each successful freelancer placement.
- Additional incentives for business development (bringing in new client accounts).
- Freedom to work remotely while attending key in-person sessions/meetings.
- Opportunity to grow into a Lead Talent Consultant or Talent Manager role as GigWay scales.
