What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a customer success strategy that enhances client satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new business clients and freelancers to ensure seamless adoption of GigWay’s platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for business clients, helping them maximize value from our platform.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to improve offerings based on user feedback.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business clients and freelancers to drive loyalty and engagement.
- Hire, train, and manage a future customer success team, ensuring consistent client support.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
- A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with no micromanagement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about customer experience, business growth, and tech-driven solutions.
- Comfortable working on a performance-based model with a long-term vision.
- Leadership mindset with the ambition to build and lead a customer success team.
