Duration: 12-Month Contract (Upon successful completion of a 2-week Induction & Sales Training Programme)GigWay is looking for motivated individuals to join our Fibre Sales team on behalf of leading Fibre Network Providers. About the Role:
As a Fibre Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre internet to homes and businesses. Your role will involve promoting fibre services, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Actively promote and sell fibre services to new customers in designated areas.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Sales Process: Track leads and sales progress using GigWay’s system.
- Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door sales, mall activations, street promotions, and other sales activities.
- Marketing Support: Promote fibre services on social media and use sales materials effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on leads, locations, interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Equipment Management: Keep sales and marketing materials in excellent condition.
- Strategic Input: Suggest activation locations and marketing opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with training on fibre products and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer service
- Willingness to work in field sales (door-to-door, events, activations)
- Background checks will be conducted on successful candidates
