About GigWay
GigWay is dedicated to empowering freelancers with the right tools and strategies to grow their careers. We are looking for a Freelancer Success Coach to mentor, train, and guide freelancers in achieving long-term success.What You’ll Do
- Coach freelancers on profile optimization, pitching, and client retention.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions for new and existing freelancers.
- Develop educational resources to help freelancers navigate the platform.
- Collaborate with the customer success and marketing teams to drive freelancer engagement.
- Identify key challenges and opportunities for freelancer growth on GigWay.

- Experienced in freelancing, coaching, or talent development.
- Passionate about helping people build sustainable careers.
- A strong communicator with experience in mentorship and training.
- Familiar with gig economy trends and freelancer best practices.
