Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in business development and recruitment, working with clients to help them find, manage, and pay skilled professionals. This is a commission-based role, offering high earning potential and a pathway to becoming a Senior Talent Consultant or Business Development Manager at GigWay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Promote GigWay’s talent acquisition, payroll, and workforce management services.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work closely with businesses to understand their talent needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the GigWay team to improve service offerings and expand the client base.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • No degree required – we value sales and recruitment experience over formal qualifications.
  • Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based role.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, email marketing, and digital tools.
  • Resilience and ability to handle client objections with a positive attitude.

Compensation & Commission Structure

This role is 100% commission-based, designed to reward high performance.
  • 30% commission on consulting packages (starting at R7,500/month).
  • Retention Bonus of R2,000 per client who stays for 3+ months.
  • Bulk Sales Bonus of R10,000 for signing 5+ clients in a month.
